Provides guidance on dealing with claims pursued under the California Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) including assessing exposure and auditing compliance.

Advises S&W’s clients concerning potential workplace claims including harassment, discrimination, retaliation and Labor Code violations.

Assists S&W’s clients in adapting to changes involving Federal and California labor and employment laws to ensure compliance including auditing business practices and updating employment manuals.

Skilled in drafting employment and arbitration agreements to meet the needs of S&W’s clients.

Advises S&W’s clients concerning applicable laws in various jurisdiction regarding non-solicitation and non-competition involving former employees including rights and remedies.
