  • Gerald Sauer and Amir Torkamani defended clients in a federal jury trial involving a claim for copyright infringement of legal forms that included the successful pursuit of post-trial motions resulting in the trial judge striking the jury’s award of damages against the individual clients.
  • Robert Chapman has successfully defended numerous copyright infringement lawsuits including claims concerning major motion picture such as Pearl Harbor and Pirates of the Caribbean.
  • Greg Barchie prevailed on a motion for partial summary judgment on liability for a client involved in a copyright and rights of publicity dispute, and thereafter, obtained a favorable verdict including recovery of attorneys’ fees.
