• With Gerald Sauer, obtained multi-million dollar arbitration award, plus recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs, in legal malpractice action against prominent law firm, located outside of California, involving the negligent drafting of legal forms for start-up business.
• With Gerald Sauer, obtained summary judgment in a complex action in favor of their client, who was wrongfully accused of engaging in negligent conduct and unfair business practices that resulted in the loss of millions of dollars by a lender.
• With Gerald Sauer, obtained a multimillion-dollar jury verdict in favor of their client, including compensatory and punitive damages, arising out of claims for breach of fiduciary duty and fraud involving the sale of assets of a limited liability company.

• Assisted in obtaining a full defense verdict in federal court on behalf of a major international energy company who was wrongfully accused of contaminating land by a subsequent owner who operated a gas station at the property.
